Prices are in USD. Customers in mainland China pay in CNY through Alipay at the CNY price shown on the checkout page (9.90 / 19.90 / 29.90 / 49.90 CNY for the same four packages).
What every report includes
- One report per chart: seven sections written from that chart's data.
- A Basis line under each section, quoting the chart field the conclusion comes from, so you can check it yourself.
- The report is stored in your account and can be opened again later; buying a pack simply adds reports to your balance.
How payment works
USD prices are collected by the party acting as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated and shown by that party at checkout before you confirm.
The CNY Alipay checkout is live today and is the button used by every package on this site. USD card checkout is being enabled and will be linked from this page once it is available; no card details are collected on this site.
Taxes
Any sales tax, VAT or similar duty is calculated and collected at checkout by the Merchant of Record and displayed as a separate line before payment. The total shown on the checkout page is the total charged.
Refunds
Refund = amount paid minus reports already used, with each used report counted at the single-report price ($7.90 / 19.90 CNY). If that comes to zero or less, no refund. The first-report price is not refundable. Refunds are handled by email within 1–3 working days, back to the original payment method.
