Refund Policy

1. What is refundable

Unused report credits are refundable. A report that has already been generated is considered delivered and is not refundable.

2. How the amount is calculated

Refundable amount = amount actually paid − number of credits used × the per-report price at the time of purchase. The per-report price follows the price list in effect at purchase; see the price list.

Example: a 3-report pack with 1 credit used is refunded for the unused part, converted at the per-report price at the time of purchase (the figures are illustrative of the calculation only; the price list in effect at purchase governs).

3. Delivery failure

If payment succeeds but report generation fails, we retry first; after two consecutive failures we refund in full, without you having to apply.

4. First-order special price

The standard price is ¥19.90 per report. The ¥9.90 first order for new customers is a special-price item and is not refundable under this policy; please confirm the free chart works for you before purchasing.

5. Processing time

Refunds are returned by the original payment route within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
