1. What we do not collect

You can cast a chart without registering. By default, the birth date, time, place and name you enter are calculated only in your own browser and are not sent to our servers.

2. When you choose to save

After you sign in and choose “save report”, the birth information is stored on our server in AES-encrypted form, so that your report can be generated and viewed again. You can delete it at any time on the “My” page; once deleted, the original record cannot be recovered.

3. What the AI reading receives

When generating a reading, we send only the structured chart facts (the four pillars, the five-element bureau, the stars in the twelve palaces, the four transformations, decade and annual cycles) to the model provider. We do not send your name, the original birth date, your birth place, or any text you typed on the page.

4. What we log

Access logs (IP, browser identifier, request path) are kept for 90 days for statistics and abuse prevention; order records are kept for reconciliation and after-sales support, and retained as required by law. In analytics, IP addresses are stored only as irreversible hashes.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell, trade or provide your personal data to third parties; we do not use it for advertising; we do not build user profiles.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your data. Deletion can be done yourself on the “My” page, or by emailing our service address.
